Establishing Personal Order: The Essential Basics
Defining personal order can vary from person to person. For me, it means finding a path that fits and makes me happy.
So, what fits me best?
Charlie Munger once said, “If he knew where he was going to die, he would never go there in his life.”
I agree with this because I want to lead a long, healthy, and happy life, so I can see more of the future.
Another question is, what do I like? I love myself, both physically and mentally. They are the most precious and beloved things in my life. Therefore, when choosing clothes, I choose items that highlight my personality. At work, I enjoy positions that showcase my value, and in my relationships, I prefer to spend time with people who like me for who I am. I enjoy a simple yet fulfilling life.
Overall, personal order comes down to understanding yourself, your goals, and your preferences, and choosing a lifestyle that suits you. When you know what you want, you can make better decisions and find more satisfaction and happiness in life.
When temptation and danger come our way, it’s crucial to be prepared and have a way to handle them.
If you have a good understanding of yourself, you can effectively resist the small and large risks that life presents. We don’t have to suffer unnecessary hardships or experience unnecessary brokenness.
Everyone needs to spend real time exploring what works best for them. I’ve used methods like the “Pomodoro Technique” to track my daily routine and a notebook to plan out my day.
Going through trial and error can serve as valuable experience and can also be helpful to others.
As always, the simpler the principles and methods, the easier they are to practice and stick to.
Why I want to Write a book on life order?
In this fast-paced world, we are always dazzled by the amount of information fragments that come at us every day, covering a wide range of fields such as technology and fashion, with constant updates. If you are not careful to get caught up in this information, you may fall into some pits and purchase or choose products or experiences that are not suitable for you.
While the loss in money can be recovered, the loss in time and health is irreparable!
Therefore, I am always looking for a simpler way of life, not wanting to give up modern technology like an ascetic, but also not wanting to let myself be held hostage by the trends of the times.
In the current era, using the convenience of technology to add more color to one’s life is a smart choice, but just a little carelessness can lead to loss of direction and difficulty in balance.
I have been in the habit of keeping a journal and making lists to record the little moments of my life and make them my life sharpshooter.
Recently, I started thinking about how to organize my life in an orderly way so that the past and present become the order of the future. I don’t want to be limited by my planning, but I recognize that without planning, I will lose my direction and have difficulty controlling my life.
Our lives, too, with limited resources, precious time and irreversible flesh, remind us that to be free, we must first reduce the invisible pressures placed on us by the outside world.
I believe there are many other people like me, the most basic stress comes from the following areas: health, environment, finance and relationships.
